Trevor’s Gift in Waterloo will continue to feed kids in need of food from July 6 through August 6.
On Fridays kids attending summer programs who no longer have access to school cafeterias will have backpacks of food distributed by school staff.
Others can pick up bags at the Waterloo Community Center or Waterloo Library and Historical Society. Families are asked to choose only one location.
More information is available by calling Coreen Lowry at (315) 719-2430.
Trevor’s Gift is made possible from donations and the food is packaged by volunteers. The food is purchased from Foodlink out of Rochester.
Donations can be sent to Trevor’s Gift, in care of treasurer Linda Wadhams, Main Street Shoppe Center, Suite 221, Waterloo, 13165 or Doris Wolf, 1229 Birdsey Road, Waterloo, 13165.
