The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 51-year-old Rochester resident following a roadside investigation for DWI.
Tadeusz Garbacik, 51, of Rochester was stopped by deputies on Walworth Marion Rd. in Walworth after being observed failing to stop for a red light.
Following a roadside investigation deputies determined that Garbacik was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
He was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he refused to submit to a breath test. He was charged with DWI and issued a number of traffic tickets.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
