Governor Andrew Cuomo had a stern message for residents of the Finger Lakes and Central New York: Do better or face the consequences. Those consequences include the possibility of seeing shutdowns happen in January. While he wasn’t willing to bet against New Yorkers, he spoke directly to the region saying that the Finger Lakes has a ‘serious problem’.
