The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Palmyra man following an investigation into a suspicious condition, as well as a driver who had been passed out alongside the roadway inside his running vehicle.
It happened on Sherwood Road in the town of Palmyra.
Deputies say Mark Sniders, 56, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DWI, refusing a breath screen, as well as a number of other traffic violations.
He was processed and released to answer the charges at a later date.
