Deputies: Driver had BAC over three-times legal limit in Wayne County crash

Deputies say a 32-year-old driver was ticketed after a property crash investigation in the town of Ontario.

Jeffrey Stoke, 32, of Ontario was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI common law, speed not reasonable, improper left-turn, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to update address.

Stoke is accused of driving his vehicle in an intoxicated condition under the influence of alcohol.

After investigation his BAC was determined to be 0.28%.

All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
