Deputies report the arrest of a Clyde man after a domestic incident that happened on October 19th at a residence on Lyons Merrengo Road.
Bruce DuPaul, 51, of Galen was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
It’s alleged that he grabbed the victim by the back of her neck and refused to let go. The incident happened in front of a 12-year-old child.
He was arraigned and is scheduled to appear at a later date in local court.
