Syracuse man pleads guilty to assaulting USPS worker

A Syracuse man faces a number of years in prison, as well as a $225,000 fine after pleading guilty to assaulting a postal service employee.

Daniel Trammell, 58, admitted that on April 21st he assaulted a letter carrier that was delivering mail.


The mail carrier suffered a wound on their neck. However, no additional information was immediately available about the carriers recovery.

Trammell will be sentenced in January 2021.
