The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following a burglary investigation.
Charles Mceneany, 35, on a number of charges including burglary, conspiracy, criminal possession of a weapon, and grand larceny.
The burglary is said to have occurred on July 11th.
Deputies say Mceneany illegally entered a dwelling a stole numerous firearms, hunting equipment, and clothing.
He was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
