An employee at a popular stop in Skaneateles has tested positive for COVID-19, according to officials in Onondaga County.
That employee was wearing a face mask while working at the Lake House Pub. However, that person tested positive, and anyone who visited the West Genesee Street stop on Thursday, August 20th from 11 – 5 p.m. should monitor for symptoms.
Anyone who develops symptoms is instructed to stay home and call doctors for further guidance.
That said some people who do not have symptoms can be carrying the virus. So local officials encourage testing.
