The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on Tuesday around 2:26 a.m. they responded to a domestic incident, resulting in one arrest.
Joshua Goodman, 39, of Seneca Falls is accused of using his hands to restrict the blood or airflow of a female victim while in the presence of six children.
Goodman was charged with harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing, and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was also arrested on a felony aggravated family offense charge as result of having previous conviction specified within the last five years.
Police say Goodman was held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.
