Deputies: Geneva man accused of stealing sign from local residence

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 61-year-old Geneva man following a theft on Genesis Way.

Deputies arrested Cecil Brown, 61, of Geneva with second-degree burglary after allegedly entering a residence and stealing a decorative sign.


Brown was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.

Deputies did not release any other information about the incident.
