The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 64-year-old Clifton Springs woman following a traffic stop on Ontario Street in the city.
Police say Eleanor Schoonerman was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and failure to keep right after the traffic stop.
She’s accused of crossing the center line in the road nearly striking another vehicle head-on. Following the investigation police determined that she was driving under the influence of drugs.
An appearance ticket was issued for a later date.
