Police: Green Street disturbance leads to charges in Canandaigua

The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 31-year-old Manchester resident following an investigation into a Green Street disturbance.

Police were called to a residence on Green Street in the city of Canandaigua. Through investigation it was determined that Dyllon Osborne, 31, forcibly restrained another person and caused damage to the residence exceeding $250.

He was charged with felony aggravated family offense and third-degree criminal mischief.

Osborne was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
