A 29-year-old Auburn man was arrested in Wayne County following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Ontario.
On April 16th deputies were called to Cortland Drive for the report of a disturbance. That altercation involved Joshua Schneider, 29, causing physical injury to a female victim at the residence.
Schneider was arrested and charged with assault.
Deputies say the charge will be answered at a later date. Additional information about the victim’s injuries were not released.
