Police: Drunk driver had child in car with him during two property damage accidents in Seneca Falls

Police say they arrested a 46-year-old man for DWI with a child in the vehicle after the report of two property damage accidents in Seneca Falls.

Christopher Jensen, 46, of Seneca Falls was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, driving while intoxicated with a child in the car, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Police say the arrest stems from a report of a two car property damage accident that occurred in the parking lot of Stanton Meadows apartment complex.

When officers arrived they observed that Jensen was intoxicated. It was also reported at that point that a six year old child was inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The child wasn’t hurt, according to police.

Jensen was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
