Dundee man admits to shooting, killing two cats in Yates County

Deputies say a Yates County man is facing an animal cruelty charge after admitting to shooting and killing two cats.

Stanley Clark, 46, of Dundee was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals after an investigation into the incident.

He’s accused of shooting the two animals with a rifle in December on State Route 230.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
