The Penn Yan Mustangs took on the Mynderse Blue Devils on Tuesday night. This game went into overtime tied at 63. The Mustangs held the Blue Devils to just one point in overtime and picked up a 10-point home win. Brennan Prather scored 21 points to lead Penn Yan to their second consecutive victory.
Also, the Wayne Eagles snapped the Waterloo Indian’s five-game win streak with a comeback win. Waterloo led by as many as 20 in the third period before the Eagles changed from their trademark zone to man-to-man defense which sparked the comeback. Mason Blakenberg and Tyler Reynolds combined for 29 second-half points to lead the Eagles.
On the girls side, the Pal-Mac Red Raiders defeated the Newark Reds.
