A man suspected of stealing hundreds of dollars of meat and seafood has turned himself in, according to Skaneateles police.
Ronald J. Bruzdzinski Jr., 44, of Skaneateles spotted himself in a local news broadcast as the suspect in the surf-and-turf caper. He then met with officers, who said they received multiple phone calls identifying him.
Police said Bruzdzinski is the suspect in a series of larcenies at the Tops Market on Fennell Street between Dec. 9 to 13. Police said he entered the store, loaded his cart with several hundred dollars of seafood, steak and grocery items and left.
