Deputies report the arrest of a Wolcott resident following an investigation into a stolen vehicle.
Joel D. Smith, 33, was charged with grand larceny after allegedly stealing a vehicle from the Pit Stop in Wolcott.
Deputies say that the theft occurred in April 2019.
Smith was transported to the Wayne County Jail pending further action.
