Auburn officials have said that the Owasco River flow is now below a heightened awareness threshold.
Seth Jensen, Auburn’s director of municipal utilities, said Monday that although the river flow was reduced from about 1,600 cubic feet per second to approximately 900 cubic feet per second Monday morning, it still isn’t safe to be in or around the river.
