Police: Geneva man charged with rape following investigation

A Geneva resident is being held on no bail following a rape investigation in the city.

On June 8th at approximately 3 p.m. police arrested Jonathan Marin, 37, of Geneva. He was charged with third-degree rape, a Class E felony.

He was held on no bail due to prior criminal history.



Marin is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a person less than 17 years old.
