The residence was owned by a 64-year-old identified as Ken Loomis. Deputies say that Loomis escaped without suffering any injury.
It’s believed that the fire originated in the western most bathroom of the residence and spread throughout the remainder of the home.
The fire remains under investigation, and the American Red Cross, as well as RG&E were on-scene with first responders.
The home was a total loss.
