Police: Felony charges after drug investigation in Canandaigua

On January 4th at approximately 3:35 p.m., officers of the Canandaigua Police Department with the assistance of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, arrested a 47-year-old Rochester resident on felony charges.

Patrick C. Misere was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, according to police.

It’s alleged that the defendant sold crack cocaine while in the City of Canandaigua.

The arrest of Misere is the result of a co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in regards to drug sales in Ontario County.

Misere was arraigned and ordered to re-appear in Canandaigua City Court on January 11th, 2019, at 8:30 a.m.
