Obi, a young K-9 with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, celebrated his 6-month birthday Thursday with a photo shoot and plenty of treats.
The sheriff’s office marked the milestone in a Facebook post featuring Obi posing with a toy sheriff’s vehicle.
The office described its young recruit as full of energy, tail wags and enthusiasm, joking that he was still working on mastering the steering wheel.
Obi was rewarded with lots of treats for cooperating with the photos, according to the post.
