A Fairport man faces a felony falsifying-business-records charge after deputies said he switched price tags at a Target store in Victor.
Ontario County sheriff's deputies arrested the man Oct. 30 at the store at 7500 Commons Blvd., according to a news release.
Loss-prevention personnel reported seeing Nathaniel Walker, 34, switch tags on merchandise and pay prices lower than those of the items he selected, causing a $34 loss, deputies said.
Walker was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, processed at the sheriff's substation and released on an appearance ticket.
