Ullman also performs a broad range of general surgery procedures. His practice will be based at 200 North St., Suite 203, in Geneva, where he joins Drs. Kristin Baltazar-Ford, Craig Collins and Mark Ilko, along with Carrie Kime, a family nurse practitioner and registered nurse first assistant.

Surgical training and research plans

Ullman earned his medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn and completed his general surgery training at the University of Rochester.

He then completed the Donald L. Morton Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Providence Saint John’s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, California.

He also holds a master’s degree in clinical investigation from the University of Rochester. Finger Lakes Health said Ullman plans to help expand opportunities for patients to participate in clinical trials and gain access to emerging treatment options.
