Finger Lakes Health opens primary care office in Geneva

Community-Focused Practice at Geneva General Hospital Welcomes Patients Starting May 1

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is expanding its healthcare network with the opening of a new primary care practice in Geneva, offering enhanced access to trusted, local medical services for adults in the region.

The new Finger Lakes Health Primary Care Geneva office will open its doors on May 1. It is located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building at Geneva General Hospital, 200 North Street, Suite 301.


Experienced provider takes the lead

Joining the new practice is Physician Assistant Gregory Fix, who has been caring for the Geneva community for more than 14 years. Fix will see patients aged 18 and older.

“I am truly excited for this next chapter in my career,” Fix said. “It is a privilege to contribute to the ongoing health and well-being of Geneva, and I look forward to building on the trust I’ve developed over the years.”

Fix is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and holds a Master of Physician Assistant Science from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Comprehensive primary care services is crucial

The new Geneva office will offer:

  • Same-day appointments
  • Telemedicine visits
  • Electronic medical records via MyChart
  • Acceptance of most major insurance plans

Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. New patients are welcome and can call (315) 787-5445 to schedule an appointment.

Expanding local access to healthcare
