An 18-year-old Rochester resident was arrested after a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur in the Town of Victor. Deputies said about $300 in merchandise was taken from the Eastview Mall store.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, Landon Sabatini was taken into custody on October 29 after reportedly selecting and concealing merchandise, then leaving without paying. The incident was reported at 3:25 p.m. at the store at 300 Eastview Mall Drive.
Sabatini is expected to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date. The release describes a larceny arrest but does not identify the degree of the charge or give a court date.
