The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating two women wanted in connection with animal abandonment allegations.
The office identified the women as Holly M. Belling, 40, also known as Holly Duncan, and Ronda J. Frank, 58.
Belling is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes. Frank is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
The sheriff’s office did not provide details in the notice about the animals involved, where the alleged abandonment occurred or when it happened.
Anyone with information about either woman’s whereabouts is asked to call the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 315-946-9711. Officials urged the public to contact deputies rather than attempt to take police action themselves.
