A Waterloo resident was charged in connection with the sale of a nicotine vape to a 13-year-old, police said.
Charles Asbury, 46, was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on charges of second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
The charges stem from an Oct. 14 incident in which police said Asbury sold the vape to the child.
Asbury was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
