Winter parking restrictions in the Village of Waterloo begin Nov. 1, the village Police Department reminded residents.
Parking will be prohibited on all village streets between 2 and 6 a.m., as shown in the village's parking notice.
The restrictions are intended to keep roads clear for snow removal.
