A 75-year-old Pennsylvania woman faces two counts of second-degree harassment stemming from an August incident at the Yates County Jail, according to the sheriff’s office.
Suzanne M. Fahien, of Montoursville, was issued a criminal summons Oct. 5 for the charges.
The sheriff’s office said the incident occurred Aug. 23 but did not describe the alleged conduct or identify anyone else involved.
Fahien is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
