Police allege Brock forced entry into a residence, assaulted and choked the victim while two children were present on Sept. 11. The allegations led to the arrest warrant.

Officers took Brock into custody at about 10:15 a.m. Monday during a traffic stop in the village of Waterloo.

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office, Waterloo police and the U.S. Marshals Service assisted Seneca Falls police.

Brock was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
