Ontario County sheriff's deputies charged an Ithaca driver with driving while intoxicated after a Monday night traffic stop on County Road 50 in Canandaigua.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Turner Depalma around 10:39 p.m. after finding that he was driving while intoxicated, according to a sheriff's office release.
New York State Police assisted the sheriff's office with the investigation.
Depalma was released with uniform traffic tickets.
He is due in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date, according to the release.
