The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted in connection with a driving while intoxicated charge.
Lucio Garcia-Perez, 46, is listed by the Sheriff’s Office as wanted for DWI.
The department’s notice describes Garcia-Perez as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and approximately 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The Sheriff’s Office did not provide additional details about the underlying case, including when or where the alleged offense occurred.
Anyone with information about Garcia-Perez’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438.
