Michael Pilato, the Webster man convicted of setting a fire that killed his father and two brothers, was denied parole at his first hearing, according to WROC.
Pilato, now 30, was 15 when he set his family’s Cardile Drive home ablaze in December 2011.
The fire killed Carmen Pilato, 71, Peter Pilato, 16, and Josh Pilato, 12, while his mother and 13-year-old sister escaped with injuries.
He received a sentence of 15 years to life after his 2013 convictions for murder, attempted murder and arson.
Pilato remains at Cayuga Correctional Facility, with his next parole interview scheduled for August 2028.
