Manino was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, both Class A misdemeanors, according to police.

He was also cited for failing to stop before entering a roadway while riding a bicycle, a violation.

Police processed Manino at the department and released him on an appearance ticket for a later appearance in Seneca Falls Town Court.
