A Seneca Falls man was arrested Wednesday night following a domestic incident, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police said Benjamin Hackney, 36, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor.
He was processed at the police department and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
