A Seneca Falls man faces charges after police said he struck another person and damaged a door during a domestic dispute in front of two children.
The Seneca Falls Police Department said officers arrested Edwin J. Laboy, 25, on Aug. 30 following an investigation into the disturbance.
Laboy was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment, according to police.
Police transported Laboy to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
