Waterloo police arrested a local woman after she allegedly threatened to kill a family member during a dispute early Aug. 16.
Ginger L. Ogrodoski, 56, of Waterloo, was charged with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and attempted fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Police said Ogrodoski physically resisted officers as she was being taken into custody and kicked the side of a patrol vehicle.
Ogrodoski was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held pending centralized arraignment. Police also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
