Seneca County sheriff's deputies charged a Romulus woman with driving while intoxicated after responding to a vehicle in a ditch in the town of Varick late Saturday.
Deputies said Patricia A. Langley, 71, was uninjured when they found the vehicle near the intersection of state Route 414 and White Road at about 11:49 p.m. Aug. 15.
Langley was charged with misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content above 0.08%, according to the sheriff's office.
The sheriff's office said Langley provided a breath sample showing a 0.10% blood alcohol content at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center. She was processed and released with appearance tickets.
