A driver was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation after deputies said he drove erratically in Canandaigua with a license carrying 50 suspensions and revocations.

Deputies arrested Samuel K. Bahiga, 31, of Rochester around 2:51 a.m. July 25 following an investigation on County Road 30 near New Michigan Road.

The release said deputies investigated a vehicle that had been traveling erratically on County Road 30 before pulling over and parking along the road. Investigators determined Bahiga had been driving east on the county road.

Deputies said Bahiga's New York driver's license had been revoked and showed a total of 50 suspensions and revocations.

Bahiga was charged with first- and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He was taken to the Ontario County Jail and held pending arraignment later that morning.

The charges are accusations, and Bahiga is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
