A Horseheads man was charged with criminal mischief following a complaint in the town of Catharine, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
George E. Bennett, 82, was arrested June 29 after deputies investigated a complaint on County Road 14.
Bennett was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Authorities did not provide additional details about the alleged property damage.
He was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Catharine Town Court.
