Ithaca woman faces four charges after Catharine domestic incident

An Ithaca woman faces multiple charges following a domestic violence incident in the town of Catharine, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Charlotte W. Whalen, 44, was arrested June 18 after deputies investigated an incident on Beardsley Hollow Road.


Whalen was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

She was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released to appear in Catharine Town Court at a later date.
