Wayne-Finger Lakes high school sports: April 30 scoreboard

Goals piled up and a few tight finishes mixed in as Thursday’s Wayne-Finger Lakes spring sports slate delivered action across multiple sports.

In boys lacrosse, Bloomfield/Honeoye outlasted Mynderse/Romulus in a one-goal game behind big outings from Braiden Schneider and Brennan Thomas, while Geneva leaned on multi-point efforts from Ryland and Jack Dunham in another close win. Palmyra-Macedon and Midlakes rolled behind balanced scoring, with Carter Casper and Brendan Baldwin leading the way for the Screaming Eagles.

On the softball field, Dundee/Bradford stayed unbeaten behind a four-hit, four-RBI day from Adalyn Tham and a dominant outing from Morgan Sutryk, while Palmyra-Macedon got a strong start from Seager Emerick and a three-hit game from Savannah Shaffer.
