Local artists and makers will take center stage in early June as the Phelps Arts Center opens its doors for a daylong vendor market celebrating creativity and community.
The “Spring into Summer” Vendor Market is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arts Center on Church Street in the village of Phelps.
Organizers say the event is designed to highlight local talent from Phelps and surrounding communities, with vendors offering a range of handmade goods and products. The event is free and open to the public, with attendees encouraged to browse and engage with artists in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
The market is being hosted in collaboration with the Phelps-Clifton Springs Community Theatre, which partners with the Arts Center on programming aimed at expanding community access to the arts.
Parking will be available on nearby village streets as well as in public lots on Church Street and Exchange Street.
Organizers plan to spotlight participating vendors on social media in the lead-up to the event, offering a preview of the artists and products that will be featured.
