A Waterloo woman was arrested earlier this week following an altercation in Seneca Falls that occurred earlier this month, police said.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reported that Kelsy Thorn, 30, was taken into custody April 19 in connection with an incident that happened April 5.
According to police, Thorn was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation under New York law. Authorities said the charge stems from a dispute between Thorn and another individual.
Thorn was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for centralized arraignment processing. Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
No additional details about the incident were released.
