A food and wine pairing event will take place April 8 at Graft Wine + Cider Bar in Watkins Glen.
“Burgers & Bubbles” is scheduled from 4 to 8:30 p.m. and will feature a fixed-price menu.
The event includes a smash burger, oven-roasted potatoes and a glass of sparkling wine for $30.
Organizers said the pairing will feature sparkling wine from Little Clover Wine Company.
Erin McMurrough, owner of Little Clover Wine Company, will attend and discuss her wines during the event.
