Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Village of Interlaken resident following a reported dispute.
Shawn Steen, of Interlaken, was charged with three counts of second-degree menacing, two counts of second-degree reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration.
The incident occurred at about 5:21 p.m. on March 29.
Investigators said Steen threatened three people with a baseball bat.
Deputies said Steen resisted arrest, leading to a brief foot pursuit before he was taken into custody.
Steen was transported to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office to await arraignment.
