Deputies arrested a Weedsport man after investigators said he returned to a gas station where he had previously been banned and argued with employees.
Christopher W. Wilson Jr., 42, of Weedsport, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
Cayuga County Sheriff’s deputies responded around 5:56 a.m. Feb. 21 to the Marathon Gas Station in the Village of Weedsport for a trespass complaint.
During the investigation, deputies determined Wilson had entered the store despite having previously been formally trespassed from the property and then argued with employees.
Deputies later located Wilson at his residence and issued him an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Weedsport Village Court.
